• dispatch- we will do our best to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receipt please note that postage times can be variable and depend on the relevant postal services and also on your countries customs service if the order is being sent to a country outside of the E.U
• returns- if you wish to return or exchange a purchase for any reason you may do so within 21 days of receiving your order provided that the item(s) are in their original condition (we cannot make a refund on essences which have been opened damaged or had their tamper proof seals removed or broken
• refund- subject to the above and upon safe receipt of the returned order we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) (this does not include the original postage and packing charge) cost of the postage for returns to our address is payable by the customer.
• this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
• cancellations- you have the right to cancel your order before dispatch by emailing us at info.angel-aura.online and letting us know your name and order reference number we will then cancel your order and refund your payment in full as soon as possible.
• terms- these terms and conditions and the content of this site shall be governed by English law and all matters in connection with them shall be determined by the English courts these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
